Tomatoes (vine Ripened California Tomatoes, Salt, Citric Acid), Water, Heavy Cream (milk), Onion, Tomato Paste, Fire-roasted Tomatoes (tomatoes, Calcium Chloride), Ginger Purée (ginger, Citric Acid), Lime Juice, Garlic, Unsalted Butter (pasteurized Cream, Natural Flavoring) [milk], Canola Oil, Spices, Chicken Broth Concentrate (natural Flavor, Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Chicken Fat), Brown Sugar, Sriracha Sauce (red Chili Peppers, Red Jalapeño Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Paprika Extract), Kosher Salt, Cilantro, Dried Garlic, Gum Acacia, Xanthan Gum, Onion Powder, Cilantro Oil

Directions

Combine 2 tbsp Tikka Masala Simmering Sauce, 1 cup plain yogurt and 1-1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts in a medium bowl and stir to coat. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Place chicken on a greased rimmed baking sheet. Broil 6-inches from element until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F. Flip chicken breasts halfway through cooking. There will be some charred spots on the chicken. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Heat remaining sauce, chicken and 1/4 cup chicken stock in a saute pan 15-30 minutes. Serve over rice with 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Serves 4-6.
