      Slice or crumble egg bites over a fresh garden salad. They add a nice protein boost to any mix of greens and vegetables. Top with a light vinaigrette dressing for an easy lunch.

      Ingredients

      Eggs, Prosciutto (Pork, Sea Salt), Gruyere Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes), Swiss Cheese (Part-Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Green Onions, Cream, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Garlic, Spices.

      Contains: Egg, Milk.

      Directions

      Microwave: Open plastic packaging slightly to vent. With egg bite in packaging, microwave on high for 30 - 45 seconds, until heated through. Our plastic is BPA free. Toaster Oven: Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F. Remove egg bite from plastic and place in toaster oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until fully heated. Skillet: Grease the skillet. Remove egg bit from plastic. Place on skillet at medium to high heat until golden brown on both sides.

      Keep refrigerated below 38 degrees F.
