Combine Onion Powder with your favorite Spice Islands herbs to make a dry rub for seasoning roasts, chops, steaks, and poultry before cooking. An important ingredient in the cuisine of almost every culture, onions take many forms in the kitchen, from fresh to minced to powdered. Our Spice Islands onion powder is made with only premium white onions, sourced from the West Coast. Finely ground, it blends well with sauces, soups and other spices.
