Our Escabeche is a zesty blend of veggies, similar to the pickled goodness often found at your favorite taqueria. It’s ideal for adding a Latin flair to any meal – dice them up to introduce crunch to tacos or salads, use as is for a topping to spice up your favorite sandwich, or simply nibble on the veggies themselves for a delicious and nutritious snack. Wild Tip: The leftover brine makes a fabulous marinade for any meat and/or a base for a spicy salad dressing. Vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO certified, we use only raw vegetables and no pasteurization.
