All of our cheese is made with standards, not shortcuts, to deliver the best tasting experience. We accomplish this by using high quality milk from cows not treated with rBST*, then take the time to naturally age all of our cheddar cheese. Our history of over 110 years of cheese-making experience makes all Tillamook Cheese a taste to remember.

      *The FDA has stated that no significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rBST treated and non-rBST treated cows.
