      An everyday fresh table cream with a slightly buttery flavor. Our Crema Mexicana’s consistency, mild, sweet taste and milk notes are similar to crème fraiche, making it the perfect addition to Mexican and other sweet and savory foods. On top of that, it’s gluten-free and made with Grade “A” milk from cows not treated with rBST.
