      Organic Valley Organic Ghee Clarified Butter is versatile, with a rich, nutty flavor and a high smoke point. This lactose free and casein free organic clarified butter is a great cooking butter over high heat, including sautéing, frying, roasting and baking. Substitute ghee for oil or organic butter in your favorite recipes, spread it on bread, drizzle it over popcorn, or try it in your morning coffee. As we slowly simmer our ghee butter, some of the milk solids caramelize, leaving behind hints of sweetness and roasted nuts. Organic Valley ghee comes in a resealable, shelf stable container.
