This instant hot oatmeal is made with whole grain oats that are cut a little finer to reduce cooking time, combining all the goodness of Irish oatmeal with natural maple and brown sugar flavors. With 10 convenient and portable instant oatmeal packets per box, this flavored oatmeal allows you to effortlessly prepare a hot cereal meal at home, at work or anywhere you go. McCann's quick oatmeal is a good source of soluble fiber, and is certified kosher for those who have dietary preferences but still want to enjoy a great taste. To enjoy a nutritious hot oatmeal bowl, empty a packet into hot milk or boiling water. Or microwave the contents of one packet on high with up to 2/3 cup of milk or water for one to two minutes. Stir before serving and use less water for a thicker mixture.

      Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Sugar, Contains Less Than 2% Of Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Natural Flavors, Guar Gum, Caramel Color, Ferric Orthophosphate (iron), Vitamin A Palmitate, Niacinamide (vitamin B3), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Thiamine Mononitrate (vitamin B1), Folic Acid

      Directions

      Direction: With Hot Milk or Water: 1. Empty packet into bowl. 2. Add up to 1/2 cup hot milk or boiling water; stir. 3. Let sit 1-2 minutes, stir. For thicker oatmeal, use less milk or water. Microwave: 1. Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. Add up to 2/3 cup water or milk. 2. Microwave on high 1 minute 15 seconds; stir. (Microwave times may vary.) 3. Let cool 1-2 minutes before eating.
