      Details

Crispy vegan handcrafted wraps with potatoes & peas. Natural authentic Indian cuisine. Potato Samosas make an appetizing side dish or snack for any occasion. We've included our delectable Cilantro Chutney for dipping. Traditional Samosas are stuffed with a variety of foods - these are all vegan, with deliciously spiced potatoes and peas. A Culture of Taste: Every eastern culture has their version of the stuffed dumpling. But Indian Samosas are world-famous for their crispy fried texture and spiced stuffings. Samosas can be a snack, a main dish or a dessert, depending on the stuffing. Traditionally fried in clarified butter (ghee), our all-vegan recipe uses expeller-pressed canola oil. I can think of no greater joy than inviting your family into my kitchen. In India, meticulous food preparation is an expression of love and respect for all. Our entrees capture thousands of years of culture, with tantalizing flavors and aromas refined by generations. I first learned these recipes as a child at my grandmother's side, and today I am thrilled to bring the nourishment and enchantment of India into your own home. - Sukhi Singh.
